Notes and similar content created by the user within the application are, as a general rule, stored on the user’s own device.
3. User Content and Local Storage
Notes, texts, and similar content created by the user through Duranotes are not automatically sent to any external server, synchronized outside the device, or made remotely accessible to the developer within the framework of the current application architecture.
Accordingly:
- note content is not stored in a centralized database outside the device,
- notes are not automatically shared with third parties,
- cloud synchronization is not active in the current version.
However, any backup, transfer, or operating system-level synchronization carried out by the user on their own device may be subject to the policies and terms of the relevant device or platform provider.
4. Advertising, Payments, and Premium Services
In the current version of Duranotes:
- advertisements are not active,
- no third-party advertising networks are integrated,
- premium membership, paid subscriptions, and in-app purchase mechanisms are not active,
- payment data is neither collected nor processed.
Accordingly, in the current version of the application, no personal data is processed for advertising, marketing, or payment processing purposes.
5. Third-Party Services and Platforms
In the current version of Duranotes, no active third-party SDKs or services are intended to be used for processing user data for advertising, analytics, or profiling purposes.
However, the platforms through which the application is distributed, or the operating system providers themselves (for example, app stores, device manufacturers, or mobile operating system providers), may process certain technical data within the scope of their own technical infrastructure. Such processing is carried out not by Duranotes, but by the relevant third-party platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies.
6. Data Security
Duranotes adopts a structure consistent with the principle of data minimization by aiming to keep user notes as local as possible. However, no absolute security guarantee can be provided in relation to the internet, mobile devices, software systems, or digital storage tools.
Users are advised to take the following precautions:
- use a device lock or password,
- keep the operating system and applications up to date,
- protect the device against unauthorized access,
- take appropriate personal measures against the risk of device loss or unauthorized possession.
7. Children’s Privacy
Duranotes does not knowingly collect personal data from children. In the current version of the application, users are not directly asked to provide identity information, contact information, or similar personal data.
